Senior Manager, Asset Management (Data Center)

The Role

You will assist to formulate and execute asset management strategies and plans for our US Data Center real estate portfolio to optimize net operating income and realize the highest value of our assets.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate portfolio value-add opportunities through developing detailed financial analyses, to support senior level decision-making
• Provide leadership to portfolio analyst team
• Lead the annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly forecasting process by coordinating the asset management and property management team, as well as the portfolio analyst team
• Consolidate, analyze and present results of operational and financial analyses to senior leadership and other internal stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with property management and asset management team to manage portfolio-wide capital budgets
• Evaluate potential acquisitions in collaboration with asset management team and investment management team
• Assist the asset management team on the overall positioning of assets as well as the enhancement of cash flow and asset value
• Assist in the underwriting of new investment opportunities.
• Manage market intelligence and collating global market / industry information to ensure competitiveness of the Company’s products and services
• Assist in preparation and maintenance of financial reports and variance analysis, preparation and monitoring of budgets, and financial modeling of assets for the portfolio

Job Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or its equivalent
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing a commercial property portfolio
• Operationally hands-on with sound financial grounding
• High level of initiative/resourceful
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
